S. Clark Evans is a federally-licensed Enrolled Agent under the auspices of the IRS and resident Tax Specialist at Carte Hall Certified Public Accountants in Elkins, WV. He began his career in business as longstanding District Sales Manager for The InterMountain and served as Innkeeper and General Manager of Hospitality Services for the magnificent Graceland Inn before coming aboard with us in 2015.
Mr. Evans is a proud native of Elkins. His community-minded attitude is evident in all his work. Clark’s strong background in local sales and business management makes him a sterling asset for clients throughout our North Central West Virginia service area. Clark is a 2005 graduate of Davis & Elkins College with a B.S. in Marketing. He is active in the community, is well-rounded, and has great working relationships with our clients. Clark is passionate about many issues affecting area residents and businesses, particularly property management, real estate development, and housing issues. To that end, he currently serves as a Commissioner for The Housing Authority of the City of Elkins.
